Kinetic Racquet Club will be running Elite Training Squads Monday to Friday, 9-4pm daily in addition to Saturday half day 11am-2pm. These include Squash sessions and Fitness.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday Kinetic Minis 5:15pm-6:15pm A group clinic for young beginners starting their squash journey. Lessons will focus on teaching basic technique and game strategy, progressing to fun games in a friendly environment. Kinetic Elite Squad 4:30pm – 6pm For established players competing run national tournaments looking to secure future college placement.
“Kinetic Elite Coaching Team“ direct each session, focusing on racquet routines, movement drills, fitness, conditioned games and match strategy. All standards are welcomed from beginners to elite players. Every Thursday evening 6:30pm – 8pm
Group Fitness circuits designed to maximize your performance on court. Everything from strength work to squash specific movement, a great way to get strong and improve your squash all in one session! Wednesday 6:45pm – 7:30pm
Come and test your skills and compete with all levels of squash players. Try out different types of match play (round-robin, knockout, teams, etc.) while taking pointers from our pros throughout the evening. A fun opportunity for our members to test their level. Every Monday evening from 6:30pm
