For Juniors and Adults

Whether you are an athlete in training or someone that wants to learn to play racquet sports, our fitness training area is designed to improve your full body strength, endurance, footwork, speed and agility using low impact. Injury prevention methods/equipment that will increase your playing ability and help reach your true potential.

Junior Squash Clinics

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Kinetic Minis 5:15pm-6:15pm

A group clinic for young beginners starting their squash journey. Lessons will focus on teaching basic technique and game strategy, progressing to fun games in a friendly environment. (Locals Floridians) (18weeks)

Kinetic Elite Squad 4:30pm – 6pm

For established players competing run national tournaments looking to secure future college placement. (Locals Floridians) (18 weeks)

Skills and Drills

“Kinetic Elite Coaching Team“ direct each session, focusing on racquet routines, movement drills, fitness, conditioned games and match strategy. All standards are welcomed from beginners to elite players.

Every Thursday evening 6:30pm – 8pm

League Night

Come and test your skills and compete with all levels of squash players. Try out different types of match play (round-robin, knockout, teams, etc.) while taking pointers from our pros throughout the evening. A fun opportunity for our members to test their level.

Every Monday evening from 6:30pm

Our Camps

Padel

Be part of this sport that combines action with fun, it is a mix between tennis and squash where it’s more important the strategy and the technique upon the strength.

Kinetic offers the best indoor Padel court in South Florida following by our world class coaches helping you to improve and learn more about this unique sport.

Ladies Clinic

Ladies clinic will focus on burning calories while playing fun doubles games, learning about basic strategy and developing technique.

Every Friday 9:00-10:00am

Elite Squad Training

Kinetic Racquet Club will be running Summer Squads Training, Monday to Friday, 9-4pm daily in addition to Saturday half day 11am-2pm. These include Squash sessions and Fitness.

Elite Camp Training Mark Allen

Spring Break Squads Training
